Is a non-profit community organization with more than 20 years of experience working in San José de Minas, Pichincha province.
It has three main lines of action:
- Reforestation: FUCAE has planted more than 250,000 native trees with the students of local public schools.
- Organic Nursery: Provides organic plants to the community and trains the community in topics such as pest control, worm humus production, rainwater harvesting, micro-enterprises, etc.
- Community Training Center: An inclusive center open to meet the different needs of the community and promote the improvement of people and the environment. Among them, topics as diverse as rural hip hop, flower arrangements, community cinema or community banks have been promoted.
